Streamline Defense applies standard Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) measures to ensure all products we deliver meet quality standards.
Our corporate Quality Manager (QM) manages Streamline Defense’s Quality Program and is responsible for overseeing all quality control and risk-related issues at the ID/IQ and TO levels. With assistance from the QM, program staff members carefully plan, control, and document all task execution activities to enable government review and verification. Our PM will ensure quality performance during monthly internal project reviews. Streamline Defense’s goal is to establish and maintain a culture for sustained, continuous quality improvement, includes providing the following:
- An effective quality system capable of assessing, controlling, and delivering products and services;
- Products and services that comply with quality policies, specifications, and standards; and
- Defect-free, high-quality products and services on time and within budget.
Our QC process monitors task activities and deliverables via reviews, audits, inspections, and observation throughout the life of the contract. We will tailor this proven process to ensure that the quality of products and services meet SDS requirements and those documented in the QC Plan (QCP). Our program staff will use the QCP to monitor and assess our performance to identify and analyze quality problems then, via process improvement procedures, refine methods to prevent their recurrence. The QCP will be modified to reflect performance-based oversight.
